  1. Are they satisfied with the level of quality, productivity, proactive involvement and alignment of their team or organization to achieve organizational goals?
  2. Does the company have a strategic Business Operating System or other means of maintaining a focused, efficient operation?
  3. Does the company publish a Corporate Responsibility Report to share its people practices without external stakeholders?
  4. Does the organization have clear metrics to measure the ROI or performance of its expenditures in human capital, including incentive, recognition, loyalty, promotions, communications?
  5. Does it have key productivity metrics in terms of customer, employee, and distribution partner performance that it uses to make key decisions?

Referral Fee Structure

Renewals. For second-year renewals, the finders fee is 50% of the first year’s fee, unless otherwise agreed. Multi-year agreements are available subject to agreement.
