Skills/Knowledge Required
Anyone who brings the tools of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance to colleagues should fundamentally understand the principles of Enterprise Engagement or, for those in the world of rewards and recognition, the concept of Brand Media. All of our information is shared for free on our various web sites, outlined below.
It’s beneficial to have relationships in senior management, including CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CHROs, or board members who recognize the need for a strategic and systematic approach to engaging all stakeholders in the organizational mission.
Those relationships could also include management at the practitioner level who can benefit from EEA memberships and training to advance their skills.
Those relationships also could include CEOs, sales, or marketing management at engagement solution providers seeking to profit from a new field through the EEA’s business development services.
Questions to Ask in the Discovery Process
To organizations, the questions are:
- Are they satisfied with the level of quality, productivity, proactive involvement and alignment of their team or organization to achieve organizational goals?
- Does the company have a strategic Business Operating System or other means of maintaining a focused, efficient operation?
- Does the company publish a Corporate Responsibility Report to share its people practices without external stakeholders?
- Does the organization have clear metrics to measure the ROI or performance of its expenditures in human capital, including incentive, recognition, loyalty, promotions, communications?
- Does it have key productivity metrics in terms of customer, employee, and distribution partner performance that it uses to make key decisions?
- Does the organization have a specific program whose ROI is in doubt that it would like to replace with a more sensible, measurable solution if possible?
To solution providers, the questions are:
- Does the company have a solution that can help engage key stakeholders or would it like to expand into this field?
- Is it looking for a more sensible way to develop business digitally and through virtual meetings?
- Does it need help developing a strategy and implementation process or training, etc.?
